NBC improves your internet banking facilities / NBC yaboresha huduma za mtandao wa kibenki wa internet kwa wateja
Dear Customer,
NBC value you as a customer and we always keep your best interest at heart. We are all aware of the threats in using the internet and we have therefore decided to upgrade our internet banking facilities with the latest security technologies to protect you from these abusive threats.
The new approach will require you to use a new piece of hardware (e-token that fits any USB port) and additional software in order to use our internet banking facility. You will appreciate that we need to protect you – our valued customer – and therefore would appreciate your response with the required information below. On receipt of your information we will distribute the required items and the instructions of how to setup the new authentication to your NBC branch. Unfortunately the main signature of the account will have to collect the named items from the branch so that we could ensure that nobody else has access to your account.
We would like to urge you to respond at your earliest convenience as we will be launching our new internet banking system on 8th March 2010.
We require the following information from you to be sent to ebanking@nbctz.com
1. Company name
2. Company physical address
3. Account number(s)
4. Names of the main signatories of your account and their contact details
5. Account domicile branch (you will be required to collect your etokens from this branch)
6. Names of all existing internet banking users of your account and their email addresses

Tunafanya haya yote kwa vile tunapenda kukulinda—wewe mteja wetu tunayekuthamini—kwa sababu hiyo basi tungeshukuru sana kama tukipata taarifa zifuatazo kutoka kwako. Tutakapopata taarifa zako tutakupatia kila kinachohitajika pamoja na maelekezo ya jinsi ya kujiunga upya na huduma hii kwenye tawi lako la NBC.
Ila muweka sahihi mkuu kwenye akaunti ndiye atakayetakiwa kuchukua hivi vitu kutoka kwenye tawi la benki.
