Extended operating hours

  • Our customers requested extended operating hours so that they could do their banking at times convenient for them. Privilege Banking offers customers access to extended operating hours through the following branches:
  • HQ-Corporate, Samora, Sea Cliff, Mlimani City, Arusha and Mwanza, Industrial, Kariakoo, Mnazi mmoja, Ubungo  & Victoria Branch.
  • Monday – Friday: 08:30 – 17:00
  • Saturday: 08:30 – 14:00

  1. Who are Privilege Customers?

    These are customers in retail banking with a monthly credit turnover of between TZS 5m – TZS 75m for non salaried individuals and monthly net salary of TZS 3.5m – TZS 7.5m for salaried individual. These are customers with unique retail product needs and wants. Their relationship with the bank can be of liability or assets accounts.
